Orders are processed within 7–10 business days before shipping. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days to Spain, 5–10 days across Europe and 10–15 days for international destinations.

We use on-demand production to help reduce overproduction and unnecessary stock. HAY ROOTS combines sustainable-minded clothing production with meaningful Armenian design made to be worn and kept over time.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns for change of mind, but size exchanges can be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Exchanges are subject to availability and return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
